- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst bedside manner i have experienced in 30 years of pet ownership. Front staff is down right condescending and disreapectdul to both owners and pets. I cant believe vet techs/assistants can be that aggressive with animals like that and not be fired. After our initial experience we gave it two more attempts with the same results. The actual vet we dealt with was quirky but did generally care about the animals. That in no way translates to the support staff. I will not go back or recommend this clinic based on how they treated any of the animals I saw during my three visits alone. The absolute lack of professionalism and customer service was just the icing on the cake.June 12, 2017by Justin Archibald
