- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dissatisfied with unprofessionalism, and the delay in which information was relayed to me. In short, I definitely had to follow up with them repeatedly for four months to fix a mistake that was not made on my end. After 4 months, and no conlflict resolution, but a girl chuckling and creating excuses instead of solid customer service- I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I still adore State Farm however, but this office is not an embodiment of State Farm's Customer Service Standards.August 08, 2017by Sophie Claire
